We would love the opportunity to meet with each potential resident so we have a chance to get to know one another. This helps develop a good working relationship. The showing of a property is the perfect time to do this. However, we understand that it is not always possible. In either case, if you are interested in one of our properties then the next step would be to fill out an application, submit a background check release, and send payment for the application fee.

Once we have completed the background checking process, we will contact you to let you know if you have been accepted and verify that you are still interested. We would then require a non-refundable deposit to hold the unit and a signed lease with the 1st month’s rent. Once you have moved in, the deposit to hold will transfer into your security deposit. There are circumstances that may require the last month’s rent and/or a co-signer. It’s really that simple.
